Do not recommend. I was told I need a crown and filling. I ask how much it is going to cost with my insurance they give me a number. When I arrive they let me know my insurance doesn't cover the material they are going to use and its going to be $800 more. I have been in pain ever since the procedure, to the point where I had to go to another dentist and get it fixed. I suggest you stay away from this office
I have always had great service with Complete Dentistry. I have found the office staff to be nice, friendly, and caring. They have been helpful every time I've called, and really make me feel like a valued customer. Moreover, Dr. Haidet is a caring, competent dentist, as are her dental assistants and hygienists. I was surprised by the negative reviews I read, because my experience has always been positive -- yes, dental care is expensive, but I have found this dentist to be reasonable and you can't beat the care and commitment that is shown to the patients. There are many things I regret about moving to Florida, but I'm grateful that I found a dentist in Estero that I can trust. It was recommended by a work colleague, and I'm glad I chose it.
Dr Howard and her staff are excellent. My first appointment with her was t repair a crown that came off. They accepted my plan and did a great job. I have since been back for some periodontal work and could not be happier. I will continue with them including my routine cleanings and check-ups.
I HATE Dentist... BUT I love Dr. Howard and her staff! I feel like I can trust her to do anything to my mouth without having to worry. I neglected the dentist for over 10 years before coming to this office. I come for my cleanings and invisalign trays regularly. The best part is they are very accommodating to my schedule. The staff especially Kathy, Cara, and Darlene make you feel like family when they see you including Dr.Howard.
If you hate the dentist as much as I do, I promise you'll love this office
Such a great caring staff. I would definitely recommend Dr. Whitney Haidet. She made me feel so comfortable in a place that I am not usually comfortable at all.
