Went to my local target in Cape Coral for sheets. They didn’t have enough for my needs so they called other stores with the item number to verify stock. Was told this store had 9 so I drove an hour down here to pick up the items that were to be set aside for me. When I arrived I learned they pulled the wrong item. I then went to the shelf to find only 3 of the correct item. This item is on sale today and ends at midnight, they couldn’t give me a reign check and because they were so slow in figuring out the situation, I missed my opportunity to go to the Naples store. To top it off, I checked my receipt and found they had not given me the sale price on the 3 sheets that I bought. Really??? Terrible customer service.
This Super Target is always a great place to get all the household needs at. Whether it's your groceries or back to school items, there is a great variety to be found. They are always getting new things in, according to the season or fashion. It's my go to for toys and games. Their toy aisles are very organized and they always have good sales or clearance. Books are also a favorite to buy here, their prices beat B & N. Checkout Cartwheel app, that plus Target Red card debit, and manufacturers coupons will be an unsurpassed deal. Stop in at the Cafe after you have shopped for an Icee or Fountain drink. They also have Smoothies and a fridge filled with bottled drinks and goodies (sandwiches, salads) they even make grilled cheese sandwiches! Little secret...they are super nice and have delicious fries!
