Very helpful people in the power tool section of the store. They helped me find a item that was on sale that wasn't labeled yet and found it rather quickly. Plus they helped me with the difference with brushless and brushed power tools. They honestly knew what they was talking about and fact checked them when I looked it up myself afterwards and was right.
They help me find what I need it and customized it for me. The blinds went up perfectly. The two ladies that help me were Jenna Awe and Arla Schoenberg. Location is10070 Estero Town Commons. City: Estero, Fl. 33928. I gave them a 5-star rating.
Came back again today to try and buy salt and the chip in my card didn't work. I know after 3 tries you can swipe it, but the cashier just took it from me without asking. Grabbed it back and left with nothing.

I was told to call number in manual to get an "RA" "return number" and I could probably make the return later in the day. At that number I was given another number for someone to come out to my home. At that number they told me they had a 4 week back up before they could come out. Took water heater to Lowe's and they sent it back home. I guess I need a definition for "Customer Service." No hot water til 2018?????
Came back the same night and they were locking up 3 minutes early. Waved at worker who then lied about the time, and returns worker yelled a harassing comment as I entered.
Bought a water heater at Lowe's, Estero. Took out of box to find it not dented, but bashed in. Lowe's replaced. Next hot water heater, installed by licensed electrician, did not heat water. Followed all troubleshooting suggestions and finally went to Customer Service.
It's always a pleasure to shop Lowe's. We were able to pick up something for our brother-in-law and had help getting it into the car. In addition, they had skids of water, in case anyone needs it.
Cashier this afternoon bagged my canned drink with sharp metal objects. Can got punctured and soda went everywhere when putting in the car. Returns worker and cashier both didn’t apologize when told what happened. Had to demand a manager to get compensation.
Went to buy pool salt and it was blocked by two employees assembling a grill. Stood there and they saw me but would not move.
