I used to buy Pandora at regular jewelry stores. No more. This Pandora store at Coconut Point has personnel trained to answer your every question. They will put together a collection of matching charms to help you coordinate the perfect gift!
I have a very sentimental charm that in less than a years time the enamel chipped. I brought the charm back to this location of purchase for it to be repaired under the warranty. They told me it takes about 30 days to get back and someone would call me. During this time no one called me, left a voicemail, or any form of notification to tell me my charm was retired. Now, apparently when charms are broken and retired they can only offer a swap up to same value but refuse to give you your money back in the same form of original payment. Why would I be wanting to swap my charm if I was originally there to repair it??? This was not customer service to any standard.. Pandora itself expresses how important these beautiful sentimental pieces are, yet no one apologized that my charm could not be repaired and/or apologized that they failed to contact me. I had to phone the store and figure out where my charm was. That whole statement defeats the exact purpose of what the company upholds. I will be contacting corporate myself to see if they are able to resolve this situation. I cannot believe the lack of service and understanding I did not receive.. not even a simple we are sorry. I have loved this brand but if Pandora Corp. is not able to repair my valued charm I will never purchase from this company or gift these to anyone ever again. My charm was not even a year old and because it was retired they did not abide to the warranty policy... what kind of service is that?
To add to this i have now talked to several ppl. The bracelet I had they have seen lots of problems with the clasp!. And the clips I did have i had taken them and several of my charms all while waiting in the store...since it was the bracelet broken not the charms...this was a gift so I had no idea what the clips where if the rep would of bothered to showed me i would of pulled them out of my purse!! I guess it was Sunday and she had better things to do than her actually job!
Couldn't even answer my question. And told me the faulty claspe on my bracelet broke because I didn't have a clip around my charm how that makes sense is beyond me horrible
