This was the first time at Amore. Food was fine just want to warn folks to be careful with their check. We ordered 2 sandwiches and the menu stated you can order fries or a side salad for $1.95 extra. We ordered the side salad with our sandwiches and we're surprised to get fries when our sandwiches arrived even though we did get the side salads we ordered. When we got the bill we were charged $5.00 for each side salad. When we questioned the bill we were told "what do you expect, you are in Florida!".
Food is really fresh and delicious. Service is excellent, I will definitely be frequenting this restaurant.
My daughter wanted pizza for her birthday so I took her and her two friends there to eat. We first asked if we could sit outside and the lady rudely said I don't know he's the one outside ask him. He the one she was referring to was running around back and forth from outside to inside completely ignoring us so I couldn't ask him. Then we decided to just sit inside. I'm not able to comment on the food as we never received a menu a welcome or a drink. We sat there for about 10 minutes and then decided to just leave. Very rude customer service. I understand that restaurants can get busy but you don't ignore your customers you apologize for the wait. Will never be eating here and will warn friends and family.
I got a medium pepperoni pizza today, and to quote the great Kevin Malone, it was like a hot circle of garbage. soggy, greasy, no sauce...just all around bad news. first and last visit fosho
Four weeks ago . soggy pizza .. Extreme amount of cheese and all my sausage was in the middle .. The bottom was almost black and the top of the crust was white and raw .. Very let down .. I went to both locations and they both were bad . bad service bad food .. Like they didnt even try to make my food taste good.. Just looking at the pizza i knew they just grabbed and threw it on there then forgot it in the oven or something .. Idk . i can go to papa jays and get the same thing evrytime and not worry .. Idk but its a loss of time and money to go to either location .. Bad very bad
