They don't stand behind their products, even when there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee....they send you to deal with manufacturer who questions why the store has this practice. Not worth the headache for very pricey food there are better alternatives in the area.
What a beautiful, clean and friendly place. My two dogs had the best hair cut ever. We will definitely be back!
Left the same groomer do that the last time and did not like the no possibility attitude so I walked out and took her to dipdydawg where Mary did a great job.
To summarize: Before you take your pets to this incompetent, horrible place, please, PLEASE consider their well-being and take them somewhere else instead. You couldn't pay me to take them back here.
We've taken our dog to be groomed here a few times before and it's been fine, but today was a nightmare. We had a 12 pm grooming appointment, even dropped the dog off 5 minutes early. 3 hours later, we hadn't heard from them yet, so we went back to check on the dog. Turns out our dog had just been sitting in a cage for 3 hours straight, no food, no water, completely forgotten about. They had clearly forgotten about the poor thing (how long would she have been like that if we hadn't come to check on her???), and when we questioned them, the groomer immediately threw our dog on the table and started giving her the quickest buzzcut I've ever seen. When asked why we made an appointment only for our dog to sit in a cage for 3 hours with absolutely no food or water, our reply was "I don't know what to tell you."
Groomer insisted she had to shave my dog because she was too matted.
If you are looking for a place to take your pet to get a bath, grooming or just plain get taken care of take them here. All the staff is wonderful and friendly. They always do a fantastic job and treat you and your pet like family. You can tell that each person working there genuinely care about you and your pet. They remember each and every pet that comes through also and know right away what they need. The place is always clean and neatly organized and smells great. The fresh baked dog treats when you walk in always make it smell so great in there. I can't say enough good things about how great this team is here at Paw-Radise. If I could give more that 5 starts I would.
15 minutes later, we get a call saying she's done. I shouldn't even need to mention this cut was a total chop job, our dog didn't look HALF as good as she normally does leaving there, tons of fur was unevenly cut or not even touched. And to top it all off, she was BLEEDING from both of her front paws! It was so bad that it got all over my pants! We turned right around and brought her back and showed them. The staff couldn't care less (one girl was just irritated that we were back for a third time and just huffed and puffed around the store), and then they try to give us some BS story about how she's bleeding because "her nails were too long." Uh, no. She's bleeding because YOU RUSHED IT with a terrible cut!
Also, their reason for keeping our dog in a cage alone without food or water for 3 hours? "Oh she peed herself so we had to rebathe her and let her dry." Seriously??? This dog has NEVER peed herself, and even if she did, it DOES NOT take 3 hours for her to dry! So they decided to feed us this garbage story instead of admitting they completely FORGOT about our dog somehow. The groomer put some peroxide on our dog's paws and that was it. No discount, no managers notified, no apologies, not a word about it, not even a "thanks for coming in" or anything. They pretty much threw the dog at us on the way out. The huffing-and-puffing girl literally threw the leash at me and walked away as we were leaving with the dog.
