Ripoff - Buyer Beware - Fraudulent Pricing
Make sure you check prices you are charged on merchandise you go to buy here. The prices do NOT ring up as posted. There are numerous complaints about this company on the Internet.
"In June 2016, a false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against AM Retail Group for allegedly misleadingly advertising discounted prices at G.H. Bass & Co. outlet and online “Factory Outlet” stores by, among other things, comparing a fabricated “original” price to a lower “sale” price to make customers believe they are getting a significant discount."
There staff here are awesome! The manager that was assisting me during my visit was SO helpful. She did everything she could to help me find the right shoe. I will definitely be going back here in the future!
