Rented here a couple times when my vehicle was in the shop. Everyone was helpful and most recently went above and beyond get me in the car I needed to be in for the weekend.
I just wanted to say that I had a very good experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car recently. The young lady that helped me was very helpful and got me the car I needed right away. They were understanding and concerned about my situation. I will definitely be using them again anytime the need arises for another vehicle.
This Enterprise location is a cut above the rest! The entire staff is professional and knowledgeable. Mike and Chris were fantastic at the time of pick up and helping to explain the process to me. I appreciated the follow up phone calls I received as I went through the claims process (I had the rental vehicle over a month). I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for impeccable service and customer care along with top notch rental vehicle options.
I reserved by phone and they quoted me final price $170. When I returned the car after use, they charged me $240 because they 'upgraded' my car without notifying me? Make sure you double check with them when you pick up your car so you don't get ripped off.
We elected to use Enterprise in Estero based on the reviews and boy were they wrong! We are currently utilizing Enterprise in Estero while our car is being repaired and have had nothing but trouble with the vehicle and TERRIBLE customer service. The 1st car we were given was supplied dirty. It broke down within a couple days leaving my daughter stranded at 11PM by herself on the side of the road! When she called the 24X7 roadside assistance they informed her it would be "4Hrs" before they could get to her - it was 11PM you want her to stay in the car for 4 hrs by herself until 2AM to receive help! WRONG. The next day we had to chase them to get another car. The 2nd car was delivered dirty & with less than a 1/4 tank of gas in it! less than 24hrs later some personal property that was left in the abandon (1st) car had gone missing. Enterprise has continued to show little interest in getting the missing property or caring at all about the horrific experience - There hasn't been a manager who has even bothered to take control of the complaint. If you are looking to rent - RUN from them and go down the street. There are alternative companies that will I'm sure care more about you as a customer than this place has with us. I'm going to file a formal complaint with Enterprise HQ, the insurance company that recommended them and the Auto body shop who have used them as well.
