Just bought a used car off them! I have continually asked for the CARFAX and Maintenance records but they still have not given us them!! They cannot even tell me when the oil was changed last! NO floor mats broken parcel shelf etc etc.They promised we would get them and a new parcel shelf . BEWARE get all the Maintenance paperwork and the CARFAX before you give them any money.
Tried to rip me off by changing the rate from what was booked to one that was THREE TIMES the price. Customer-service staff response was shambolic, contradictory, unhelpful and deeply, deeply unimpressive.

Long story short: I paid online to reserve a car, went to pick it up and they ran a credit check due to me using a debit card online, my credit isn't good so I was denied. Took me 18 days to get my refund minus a 50 dollar "cancellation fee" even though I didnt cancel, they rejected me. They told me its the same thing to them. Instead of taking my money up front why wouldn't they run credit first? Bad business.
