Cindy and the manager DJ were awesome at customer service. I was hoping to either return or ship a recent purchase that was just beyond the return policy and they took care of it. One of the best experiences at a Best Buy store I've ever had.

I love shopping at this Best Buy! The guys in the Apple department are very knowledgable and always so kind and will answer all questions. Cindy in customer service is also very kind and willing to assist with any questions. Great store, great management and great employees!
This is a pretty standard-issue Best Buy. Had a great experience with the manager, who helped me with questions and look for products. However, this location also suffers from the same problems as other locations: employees standing around chatting with each other and conveniently not asking if customers need help. If I hadn't been so lucky with the manager, would someone else have helped me?
Good shopping experience and was happy that I ended up with a newly released Cannon ink jet printer. Jeff was a great help and was so pleasant. Also, I bought an iHome wireless speaker -- came home and looked at Amazon reviews and saw Amazon was $10 less. Took my receipt back to store the next day and was pleasantly refunded the $10 because of Best Buy's price match policy.
