Both associates were extremely rude and condescending. Tried making me look like I had no idea what I was talking about. I had bought 2 pairs of $81 sandals at one of their other locations and needed to exchange one of them. Seeing as though the other location is an hour and 20 min away from my home I came to the closer location thinking they would be able to help me. All I wanted to do was exchange and because I got 30% of my second pair when I bought them, they wanted to give me the discounted price towards a new pair. That's not how it works. I could see if I wanted to get my money back that would make sense, however all I wanted to do was exchange. They could care less about helping me and said we can't do that, if you want the same price you have to go to the other store. Unbelievable!
